# Document Updates

As stated previously, when minting the Digital Twin, the TX-ID of the metadata is given to the mint function. When a token is transferred to a new owner, the metadata has to be updated with the new sale data. 

Once this new metadata is uploaded to ArWeave the metadata TX-ID mapped to the token can also be updated.
